                                       Residental Workmanship Warranty

Euro Granite Design offers its residential customers a one year warranty from the closing date of their purchase on all workmanship of their granite countertops. Workmanship is defined as any joint or seam unevenness caused by improper installation.  Because granite is a natural product quarried from the earth, color variations, minor surface unevenness or small voids, apparent surface cracks, and other minor imperfections are normal on granite surfaces and not considered product defects.  Cracked or broken countertops caused by standing, jumping, or any other activity that the countertops were not specifically designed for not covered under any warranty program. Sealing of the countertops is completed upon installation but must be resealed annually which is the customer’s responsibility, therefore, any staining that may occur is not covered by any warranty program.

Euro Granite Design obligation is limited solely to the repair of the failed joint or seam. Any repair, however, shall not include the performance of any other repairs or modifications that may be necessary to achieve the actual repair, such as, plumbing, electrical, tile or wall surfacing repairs or modifications - such other repairs and modifications shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Except to the extent expressly stated herein or otherwise required by applicable law, Euro Granite Design disclaims all warranties and representations, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied or express warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and shall not be responsible or liable, in either contact or tort, for any loss, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages, arising out or to the use of, the inability to use, or delays in installation of or repairs to, the granite products provided or to be provided by Euro Granite Design. However, because some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the foregoing limitations or exclusions may not be applicable.
